Today, I’m excited to have Julie Zhang from Russell Investments join us. Julia, I would love for you to introduce yourself, your role in your organization to our audience. Julie Zhang: Hi, Shawnna. Thank you so much for having me. I work at Russell Investments, as you mentioned, and I’m the North America sales enablement director for our retail distribution teams. And essentially the role is, I would say, akin to kind of a quarterback. I think sales has gotten so complicated, especially in a heavily regulated industry like finance.
