Our first guest for 2012 comes from Australia! Diane Leonard is an online marketer and social media enthusiast. She has 15 years experience in marketing having worked in a wide variety of industries including franchising. In late 2010, she started Social Franchising, a networking group to encourage people in franchising to get started and get better at using social media.
