Karen Poyser-Navratil is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), whose focus includes, however, is not limited to trauma, self-esteem, and depression. Karen received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Nova Southeastern University. Karen also received a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Barry University. Due to her love for the learning process and her desire to grow and be the best for the teen girls and women she comes in contact with; she obtained a life coach certification from Florida International University. She has also been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), a comprehensive, integrative psychotherapy approach in trauma treatment. Karen is fortunate and grateful to have experienced a myriad of challenges in life. During the midst of each trial, God provided strength. In fact, God’s purpose for her life was dependent on those events. Her strength, courage and faith would ultimately foster a desir
