Betty was a young mother of twenty-three when her children were lost in a motor-vehicle collision. This tragedy catapulted her to indescribable depths of grief and despair. Betty’s loss and journey to Happiness Beyond Grief is her testament of God’s healing comfort. Since 1984 it has been Betty’s mission to share her message of strength through adversity. To help get her message out to the world of grieving families Betty published her book Happiness Beyond Grief Betty’s Story. In her book she shares her transition from loss and grief to the transformation in to a woman open to a life of happy possibilities and service to God and service to families who like her have lost children. Betty currently resides in Alabama with her husband where they are building up the Happiness Beyond Grief Ministry.
