Elizabeth Spicely is the President and CEO of “RF and Associates Creative Solutions, LLC”.  She is a 20 year veteran in the industry of Marketing and Public Relations. She is also an 18 year Veteran with the Department of Defense in Public and Government Services. She is also one of the new co-owners of the soon to be launched Professional Football Team the “Virginia Natives”.
