Smart Career Planning

For our 11th episode, I am going to talk about career lessons I'd learned as a recruiter.  In the last decade, I have heard plenty of stories as to why someone is looking for a new job or why someone is laid off.  I have also sat in many interview debrief meetings discussing why the hiring team will move forward with someone and why the team passes on others.  I have condensed my experiences into four points for you today.  If you have any questions, please email me at helen@interviewrightconsulting.com
