Maxine is a Master of Divinity candidate at Harvard Divinity School and the only working medium there since Harvard expelled Frederik Willis in 1857. She is a life-long Spiritualist and Spiritualism IS a religion - has been since 1893. Maxine is a scholar - the author of two anthologies of the greatest moments in modern mediumship - who is well versed in the 150 plus years of scientific research related to the paranormal. She rejects the theory of ghosts and hauntings as most of the data supports another explanation which she will share on the show. Maxine is also a classically trained evidental medium and a budding physical and healing medium.
