Journey To Success

  Susie Stockham was born and raised in Victoria, BC a true Island girl to the core, and has always had an addiction to fresh air and exercise. Now residing with family in Calgary, AB she has followed her heart to embrace and promote a message of total health and nutritional healing.   Susie is the Marketing Director of her own wellness business, is a Certified Healthy for Life Coach and Nutritional Advisor.   She believes in whole health, body, mind and spirit and focuses her counseling on healthy weight management through a low glycemic lifestyle and nutritional seminars.  She started a face book page called “Calgary Nutrigirl” to increase health awareness, and offer helpful tips on low glycemic eating and how to embrace simple toxic free changes as part of all around healthier lifestyle.  You can find Susie at the gym most mornings but you will have to get there early…she starts her workout at 6am and is a dedicated spinner.
