Eric Lassard  was born in 2003 in Sopron, Hungary. At the age of 7, he started home school and working with his parents in their beauty business, where he did the receptionists duties. His parents took him to personal development workshops and seminars. Eric’s parents are into personal development and his mother is a holistic and NLP coach. In 2010 he started The Winner Academy with the help of his mom, he built a website. He developed the WINNER MATRIX, with 12 elements that he considers that we need to master to live a harmonious life without fear.
