Napoleon Hill Foundation Certified Instructor and Resiliency Expert, Tom Cunningham and Kelly Rusell interviewed Dr. Williams  Dr Williams is Director, Professional Development and Corporate Outreach at Duquesne University’s School of Leadership and Professional Advancement where she develops leadership programs for corporations and nonprofit organizations within the region. Dr. Williams designed the Leadership Breakfast Series since 2011. She manages the Power of Leadership Program and Staff Professional Development Program for Duquesne University employees. Dr. Williams is a Professional Coach and believes in serving her clients on their journey to an authentic fulfilling life, personally and professionally.  She is a strong supporter of volunteerism and is a Board Member with Dress for Success, Pittsburgh, Board Member and mentor for Tomorrow’s Future, Inc., a high school mentoring program, member of the University of Pittsburgh African American Alumni Council, and member of The Association for Talent D
