Winter is upon us and it time to turn within for reflection and meditation on those things which we have completed in this turning of the wheel. The time for this began at Samhain and continues through till Imbolc. As the winter holidays are nearly upon us and Thanksgiving has been and gone, we should be taking one last deep look at who and what we are today. Is there something that you would like to change? Is there something that are saddened at losing? Is there something that you gladdened at having gained? All of these and more are questions to think upon during the dark of the year. It is also a time to begin planning for those things we wish to accomplish in the seasons to come. Though we may not plant the seeds until the first thaw, we can cultivate them in our hearts and minds and landscape our future when the world is dark and cold.
