Early on the morning of Sunday 22 July 2012,a woman was attacked in her home in Lincoln, NE. The attack is being investigated as a possible hate crime. That night over 500 people attended a candle vigil to show their love and support for who the media later called Rainbow Jane and has now come forward as Charlie Rogers, formewr Husker basketball star and small business owner.   A week later (Sunday 29 July 2012), Corwin and Phil sat down to a special hour long edition of Lavender Hill with community activists and friends Beth Rigatuso of Heartland Pride, Karen Bratton of Stary City Pride and Tyler Richard.
