Scott Cluthe invites Beatle People to join him in a conversation with journalist and author Peter Ames Carlin as they discuss his newly released paperback version of Paul McCartney: A LIFE. Along with being the author of PAUL McCARTNEY: A LIFE, Peter Ames Carlin is a roving cultural reporter for The Oregonian newspaper in Portland. He has been a senior writer for People magazine in New York, and has published his work in the New York Times Magazine, the Los Angeles Times Magazine, Men’s Journal and a whole bunch of other places. He is also the author of CATCH A WAVE: THE RISE, FALL AND REDEMPTION OF THE BEACH BOYS’ BRIAN WILSON. These days he can be found in Portland, Oregon, often in the company of his wife and their three children.
