Today's guest: Christina Leon ~ President of Spectral Journeys and founder of Colorgized Wellness, a program which incorporates colored light and affirmations with exercising and yoga. Christina has been in the fitness industry since 1986 and holds certifications in Group Exercise (step, aerobics, kickboxing, Spinning, yoga). She has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 1987, holds three certifications (NASM, NCSF, and AFAA) and is also a certified Color Therapist and Reiki Healer. Her mission and goal is to promote awareness in color healing combined with chakra functioning and overall wellness. Host Eleyne Austen Sharp is an author, color therapist, spiritual aromatherapist and the director of Aura House, a color therapy training and wellness center. She is the creator of the Lightbodies, Angel Aromatherapy, ColorAscension and Color Empowerment product lines. V
