Ryan Wilson isn't your average 26 year old.  In fact, he is the CEO and Co-founder of one of the most popular private event and membership clubs in Atlanta, The Gathering Spot. Ryan grew up with two parents who were entrepreneurs, but he initially thought he wanted to be an attorney.  But in law school that entrepreneurial bug started to itch, and he started his first business - a small cake company while going through school. After starting that company his entrepreneurial fuse was lit.  He and a business partner had a brilliant idea to open a membership club that had a restaurant, bar, co-working spaces and that could attract diverse entrepreneurs in the community to this space. There was one problem though; they had to raise a ton of capital to get it off the ground.  Oh, and there was another small problem, a lot of potential investors didn't believe in the concept at all. Ryan will explain in this episode how he and his business partner persevered and were able to overcome the odds and raise $3 million d
