Happy New Year everyone! In this week’s episode I am joined by the amazing Kelechi Okafor, who has a long list of things she does including; actress, director, pole dance instructor, presenter, activist, writer and more. For the first part of this chat, me and Kelechi, go into a conversation about the spiritual energies at play in the universe and she even gives me a live Tarot card reading! We then discuss more about Kelechi’s own journey through sexual abuse as a kid and the benefits of therapy. It’s a very deep conversation but I love the energy that Kelechi brought to the conversation and am very thankful to her for being so open about her story.
