On this week's In Focus session I discuss the difference between application and implication. In a lot of the personal development world, people are offering 'How To' or steps to achieve things.  While I don't see this as a bad thing, I do think there is something bigger at play. That, is understanding the implications of your personal learnings rather than looking at how to apply them.
