Mary Wingo PhD, is an American-born scientist and author, who emigrated to Ecuador several years ago. Mary has studied stress for over 20 years, and wrote her book 'The Impact of the Human Stress Response' to put all of her learnings into one resource to help those understand the subject, and how it impacts all human life.
