Education Secretary Betsy DeVos turned her intention to rescind Obama-era Title IX guidance into action on Friday, by reversing the policy of lowering the standards of proof for sexual assault. A policy that blacks in general and the NAACP and Urban League specifically have supported. But that support is for a policy that endangers young black men in college, and it took a white President and a white Sec. of Education to protect black men from unfair treatment on college campuses.
