Now, if you look over the last four, five years, there seems to be this growing discontent, where people are just really saying, "Okay, I'm not happy. I'm going to do something about it. I'm just going to disrupt the country that I'm living in." They resort to terrorism, bombings, etc. I read an article the other day by the Dalai Lama, which said that people today are becoming very easily influenced. Social media, Twitter, Facebook, etc, is making it really easy for people, or more easier should I say, for people to become radicalised. The challenge we've got with all of this is really a lot of people are guests of a country and it's not just in the UK this is happening, it's just happening all over the world. You've got it in Canada, you've got it in the US, you've got it in Australia. The question is when is someone actually going to do something about it? Why is this relevant to your business culture? So many businesses do not have their core
