Better infrastructure, less crime, more housing, a boost to sport and tourism and equality for people with disabilities. All promised to the residents of Rio as a result of hosting the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic games. Four months on Sportsworld returns to Rio to ask whether these will ever be fulfilled.
