I'm always on the idea hunt for neat, concise, and ideally alliterative distinctions that will allow me to assess and optimize aspects of my internal (thought) and external (physical) behavior. Work on the next Awareness challenge is already under way, and this time there's going to be an expanding emphasis on everyone's favorite topic: Behavior! In the Ever Better lexicon, Behavior consists of What You Do, What You Don't Do, and How You Do/Don't Do Those Things. Behavior is significant because it is the conduit through which your Focus and Feelings manifest themselves and find permanent(-ish) physical form in your External Reality. The content of your Focus is always either some combination of Irrelevant, Unchangeable, and Negative (i.e. Mental Clutter) or Relevant, Changeable, and Positive. Your Feelings and Internal Experiences are characterized by either Regret, Resistance, and Worry (Emotional Clutter) or Remembering, Responding, and Requesting.
