Tim Conn is the Co-Founder and CEO of Image One Facility Solutions. As many good stories start, Tim was a high schooler in the Chicago suburbs who wanted to buy a car. He began cleaning his parent’s office building and by the time he graduated, he built his own small commercial cleaning company with three employees, servicing several clients across the Chicagoland area. What really spurred his growth was joining a networking group – even as a teenager he learned that networking and building relationships was the key to business success. After working in Chicago suburbs for more than a decade, an area developer for a janitorial franchise, reached out to Tim to partner. They partnered and along the way realized they could build a better cleaning franchise; one that didn’t have area developers as middlemen, one that taught franchisees how to connect with clients to harness the sales process, and one that put an emphasis on customer care.
