This is certainly a story of love, compassion, inclusion and service. First, though, we must get out of the way that the older ladies in the practice say that he is a “Strapping Young Man”! One team member tells the story of arriving at the practice and being told that “our office is like a family”. She kind of rolled her eyes and just went with it because that’s what most offices say. Then she told about the unexpected passing of her brother just four months later and the love and kindness and support she received from the entire team led by her doctor.
