Today on the show we have Andrew McMinn.Coach McMinn graduated from Providence University. During his time at Providence, he was a standout goalie. He ranked in the top 10 in Division I for goals against and goals per game. After graduating from Providence, he went on to coach at Robert Morris University where’s on his thirteenth season. This is his seventh as a head coach. Last season, Robert Morris made its fifth Northeast Conference appearance, its fourth under Coach McMinn. He was also named Northeast Conference Coach of the Year in 2012 and 2017.Coach and I got a chance to talk about a lot of things like personal accountability, goal setting, having fun in practice, how they're prepping for run changes, attitude and much more.The GameChanger Lacrosse Podcast is about talking to people who have dedicated their life to the game of lacrosse and learning about who they are, how they got to where they are today, and what they do to improve themselves and their teams.
