She supports women to discover and deepen their relationship with themselves by attuning to their “inner author-ity” becoming the authors of their own lives. Through 1-1 mentoring, women’s circles and by offering tools, such as books, podcasts & trainings, she empowers women to find the wisdom they seek from within.  She earned a Master's Degree in Education from theUniversity of Vermont, trained as a doula, Reiki Master, yoga teacher, and historian.
