"The universe conspires to help the peaceful soul." Synchronicity and serendipity are seemingly magical events that appear at the most opportune time to aid a person. In fact, the definition of serendipity is:  a "fortunate happenstance" or "pleasant surprise". Synchronicity is a concept, first explained by analytical psychologist Carl Jung, which holds that certain events are "meaningful coincidences" if they occur with no causal relationship yet seem to be meaningfully related.
