Welcome to episode 18 of the Sexology Podcast, today my guest is Dr. Debra Mollen. In this show she discusses women’s reproductive rights, the myths and misconceptions around abortion and the consequences of limiting reproductive rights; e.g. DIY abortions. Debra Mollen is a psychologist, Professor, and Director of the Counseling Psychology Master’s Program at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. She has published scholarship on women’s sexuality, multiculturalism, reproductive justice, and professional development in various academic journals. Debra is a recognized as a Certified Sexuality Educator by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists and was the 2016 recipient of the Distinguished Graduate Faculty Award from her university.
