Welcome to episode 173 of the Sexology Podcast! Today it’s my pleasure to welcome Dr. Rachel Needle to the podcast. In this episode Dr. Needle speaks with me about threesomes, how common fantasizing about them is, learning to manage your emotions and being honest about your motivation.      Dr. Rachel Needle is the founder and Executive Director of the Whole Health Psychological Center. She is a Licensed Psychologist, Certified Sex Therapist, and an entrepreneur. Dr. Needle has specialized training in the areas of Substance Use Disorder, Trauma, Sex, and Relationships.
