According to the co-hosts, when you have a dimensional quantity -- you as a behavior analyst have more accurate client information to work with and can better understand the magnitude of what is happening versus a behavior or idea that is dimensionless. For example, think about a child that needs to read correctly. You measure the percent of “words read correctly” and you note that the child read a passage “95% correctly.” Think about what you could gain by measuring the number of words read both correctly and incorrectly within a specific unit of time (pinpoints).
