    In this episode, I share an exchange of notes between a close friend of mine and I who discussed imposter syndrome and how to better speak to ourselves in order to believe we can become and evolve who we hope to be as who we are and in the career we strive to bring into fruition.  I talk about my experience working on a recent script and what messages from the universe and Source came through to help me stay in alignment towards my path than risk self-sabotaging myself to not show up to set. I briefly go over what it was like working on this student film set and how grateful I am for this experience even if it may not have turn out to be as I expected and hoped it would be. It was in a weird way better. along includes stories that reveal where my imposter syndrome may stem from and other friends who shared their experiences having it too! I go off on a couple tangents about how this showed up back when I started out as an inexperienced Barista to the pro I became and some hilarious, embarrassing memories

I just speak of specifically my case of how I USED TO BE codependent but no longer am anymore and how my progress and accomplishments are reflected from having spoken to this Rufus. He allowed me to come to completion in removing the little ties and tendencies of codepencies I had yet to cleanse and release myself of. I am - thank God! and the Universe! - no longer codependent and am conscious of knowing not to act on it if I am ever triggered.
