For daily repetitive tasks mid range for hitting those proper ratios is often best to drift back toward. The optimal relationship in a moment is influenced by nearby soft tissue tension, joint mobility, and optimization of a centrated position. As with all of these, we let anatomy guide our reccomendations for specific movements/positions, not simply condemning all other options.
