Synopsis
The year is 2003. The newly formed Department of Homeland Security has started Operation: Rolling Stoned. In response to the anthrax attacks, the U S government set up decoy delivery operations all over the nation by the name of USPUSS. Homeland Security is using these facilities to hire stoners and monitor their lifestyle in hopes of uncovering their ties to terrorism. The following recordings come from their investigation into subjects Ken and Sketch and are highly confidential.
