El Extravagante Live Act for Baikal Nomads @ElExtravagante is a nomad from Chile, the last country to the South of planet Earth actually based in Montréal/Canada, ¨the other side of the world¨. His music is a mix of tropical grooves and electronic folklore with sometimes a spicy touch of Psychedelia. Due the lack of opportunities as a South American immigrant with an electronic music project outside the norm of the Canadian scene, mostly into House/Techno, he decided to create an alternative and with @Don-Mescal (another immigrant, from France) in 2018 they created @CosmovisionRecords & Collective, opening a whole new platform that gave visibility and a voice to many local and international artists, from Montréal to the world. Mixtape #148 by The Doubljuh At the age of 14 the Doubljuh started to experiment with his first DJ setup until mixing music with vinyl became his second nature. His first attempts were characterized by Chicago House (Bad Boy Bill, Richard Humpty vission), Ghetto House/Booty House (Dj Funk, Dj Deeon) and especially Funky Disco House (Boogie Pimps, Armand van Helden, Bob Sinclar, Olav Basoski). Early on a varied House style with groovy melodies and catchy vocals arose.
