On one show in particular we said: “When in an adversarial situation, take the path of least resistance and ‘flow’ with it.” After contemplating that further, we clarify our thoughts on when you should and when you should not go with the flow. We want balance between the "crash" and the "flow.” Hopefully, we’ll have the right thoughts to think, the right words to speak, the right choices to make, and the right actions to take.

These obstacles or "walls" that we put up might be labeled as anxiety, depression, fear, confusion, insecurity, self-doubt, or countless other things. Life Coach Dr Bernie joins Tim and Steve talking about busting down these self-imposed walls — or taking the path of least resistance — like water. Either way, you must move forward. "Be water, my friend. Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless, like water. You put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle. You put it into a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend." — Bruce Lee

Ep 186 - We Are What We Consume
26/08/2021 Duration: 05minAround 75 to 100 tons of food is what each of us consume in our lifetime. We hold on to the nutrients in order to live and continually reshape and rebuild our bodies. Ep 185 - Staying Focused, Disciplined, and Moving Forward
19/08/2021 Duration: 10minHaving consistency, intensity, and purpose can be used for good or for evil — as in the yin yang principle. There’s a lot of “noise” in the world right now. Life Coach Dr Bernie says most of it is nonsense. He joins Tim and Steve as they talk about these things and more: Life can be confusing, chaotic, indifferent, and cruel If you allow it — it will swallow you If you stay focused and disciplined — you’ll move forward As long as you have faith and remain a good soul, you already have everything you need
-
Ep 184 - Consistency, Intensity, Purpose
12/08/2021 Duration: 06minMoves, techniques, skills — all those can be taught and learned. Some people will always be better than others with physical expressions, and everyone can improve upon them, but that's the "hardware." The "software" inside us, as part of our programming, includes consistency and intensity. Most of those internal traits are driven by how strong we feel our purpose is. “We need emotional content ... I said emotional content, not anger!" — Bruce Lee In Enter the Dragon (one of the most influential action films of all time), Bruce Lee reminded his student of his purpose — so that he'd kick with intensity (emotional content), rather than just going through the physical motions of performing a kick. As in his quote above, intensity is not synonymous with anger. Additionally, simply “showing up” doesn’t guarantee you’re actually present. A reminder that the "what" doesn't matter without the "why."

Ep 180 - Pain is Inevitable, Suffering is Optional
15/07/2021 Duration: 18minThe concept of “to whom much is given, much will be required” is that we are responsible for what we have been blessed with — talent, wealth, knowledge, time, etc. We should use these blessings to be a good soul and help others. Tim and Steve are joined by Phillip Causey, who until recently was a complete stranger to them. In Phillip's journey, he has found pain to be inevitable — but misery and suffering to be optional. In this episode, you'll hear the following: We are not here alone There's got to be something more than just me Gratitude without action is just a pleasant moment Pain will teach me a lesson that pride will not let me learn My mind's like a bad neighborhood, and I'd rather not walk through it alone Is man's passion for others out of love? Or just to convince him of his own ideas? "One of the most beautiful things in this world is free: a smile" — Phillip Causey

We just need to hear about it, we just need to see it.” — Tucker Elliot “We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope.” — Martin Luther King Jr
