There are some foods that you should and should not eat (Oh, dear. Steak, hamburgers and French fries are not on the list. But, YAY. Red wine is on the diet (in moderation)). The MIND Diet is actually a hybrid of the wonderful Mediterranean Diet and the DASH diet, plus some enhancements to help you to reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s. Good news.
