Is your gut happy today? Louis Pasteur, father of germ theory, eventually agreed: It's the soil not the seed that matters. This soil, especially in the gut, is made up of trillions of micro-organisms, forming the microbiome, working to ensure our optimal health. Through poor diet, stress or ingested substances, physical & mental problems may arise including depression, decreased immune function, pain, bloating & malnutrition. Balance is restored through nurturing the gut with good food, pre & probiotics & listening to the wisdom of the body.  

Language is more than just the spoken word: it instantaneously conveys a depth of intention & emotion, processed by the whole brain long before the words are translated. The same process occurs when communicating with light beings across the dimensions, whether ETs, guides or loved ones in spirit.   With an open mind and heart, we unconsciously use the common language of the Universe, sacred geometry, to send & receive little packages of information across the ether. The strength of communication is heightened at nodal points, whether within our heart, DNA or around the planet, each nodal point being a wormhole into the multiverse.  

Even on a spiritual path, life can take on a predictable pattern. Call in Hermes, trickster & divine messenger, who, with precision, lets loose the golden arrow of destiny, causing a spontaneous quantum leap of awareness & the chance to realize our true soul’s destiny. And even if, after such an event, life continues as before, once the arrow touches our heart, it’s never forgotten & it’s never too late to seize the day!

Our Earth is under threat: similar to our body in previous years. We're being asked to scrutinize our fundamental  relationship with her and ask: Do we understand the fine balance of symbiotic harmony that exists between us & the myriad of lifeforms also on this planet? How could a galactic 'burp' totally change the fiery behavior of the sun & life on Earth? Reactionary, unrealistic ideas are not what we need (nor hidden agendas). It's a chance to responsibly redress the balance, if possible, between ourselves, our bodies, Gaia, the galaxy & our cosmic neighbors.  Can we do it?    

As the moon's axis moves into Aries & Libra on July 17th, we're all being encouraged to take a risk, trusting our natural intuitive instincts. Aries represents adventure, innovation & living our authentic self while Libra seeks balance, & harmonic relationships: the 'I & the We' working in harmony. In the next 18 months, let's seek healthy alliances, both personally & universally, formed around new & exciting ideas that promote peace, security and abundance for all.

While a little fun at our expense does no harm, it's wise to be rooted in our inner truth, to avoid getting lost in other peoples' ideals or unworldly realms that are being exposed at this time. 

Everything meaningful in life is based on relationships whether with other people, the planet, our body & even with our home or car! But who is present in that relationship? The Hawaiian greeting Alo-ha, means 'to be present in breath,' requiring us to breathe out thoughts of self-importance, fear or expectations, allowing our sacred self to be present to the gift of divine creation. Right relationships occur when we forgive, remove defensive walls & become fully present to the love & beauty all around.

Life is like following a series of river currents, inspired by our higher self, myths & beliefs. The way may be smooth with clear goals while, at other times, white river rapids force us to hold on tight. Along the way we encounter boulders, dead ends & whirlpools. Wisdom comes from routinely climbing clear of the currents of fear & limitation, to make decisions that enhance our soul’s strength & focus.        

If you've experienced the loss of a loved one, it's so good to remember that in the weeks following their passing, they often seek ways to communicate their love with us. They may say goodbye in our dreams, appear as birds or butterflies, tinker with electronics to send a message or ensure we hear a favorite song. All it takes is for us to be open to their love while giving them space to fly!

This lunar eclipse in Scorpio (May 5th) opposite Uranus, promises intense emotions, sudden events & revelations. Add to this, Pluto turning retrograde, stirring up our unconscious, we're being forced to grasp & own our unruly, chaotic power - the serpent's tail - so we truly stand tall, unmoved by false promises or uncertainty.

We are not alone! Ever since the Roswell UFO crash in 1947, there's been increased interest in extraterrestrials or star people. Friend, family or foe? Visitations are not new: several ancient images reveal other-worldly visitors.  Contact with ETs will increase over the next few years. How should we react?
