What does it mean to be filled with the Spirit? Many people too often reject the Holy Spirit because of confusion or a misunderstanding of His role in their life. When you look at the meaning behind the day of Pentecost it is clear that being filled with the Spirit is an essential part of following Jesus.

There's often a lot of confusion and misconceptions about the Holy Spirit. This week, take a deep breath and plunge into a better understanding of who the person of the Holy Spirit is and what His role is in your life!

Who or what has authority in your life? The answer to this question is important because nearly every decision we make in our lives is influenced by authority.

Destination is important. Without a destination in mind, we don't really have a sense of direction. In our lives it is important to remember that there is an eternal destination in store for all of us. The choices we make and the path we take in this life ultimately determine our eternal destination.

At some point in our lives, nearly everyone asks the question, "Why am I here?". We all seek to have purpose and to find the true direction for our lives. To answer this important question, we first have align ourselves with God's purpose and calling.

Ever wish you could change how you think? God's word tells us that we are to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. Thankfully, we are not left alone to make the change, we need simply need to allow God to do it for us.

What do you put first in your life? First things have power and they often reveal the true nature and intentions of our hearts. God's word says that if we put Him first, everything else will fall into order.

The story of Christmas is one of overwhelming love. God loved the world so much that sent Jesus, his only son, to live among us. The greatest Christmas present the world has ever seen is love of God that was born into this world!

In the opening verses of John's Gospel, Jesus is revealed as the Light of the World. This is in answer to many prophetic statements about his arrival, and therefore, Christmas celebrates the glorious arrival of God's marvelous light!

Where does life come from? The opening verses of John's Gospel tell us that Jesus is the Word made flesh. It is The Word that gives life and brings light to world.
