EP249 Is the most mid, midseason reportcards ever. Lots of improvement needed.   We also enjoyed our beer this week. Sean had his at a London Knights game while checking out Easton Cowan. Trevor's was from Sooke Oceanside Brewery courtesy our friends at The Liquor Planet

EP248 is an emergency Podcast brought on by the William Nylander extension. We shared our thoughts and dug into a Swedish Themed Hot Mic segment.   Liquor Planet provided a Hocket themed beer from a company fronted by former Leaf Tyson Barrie.

EP247 Kicks off 2024. Is it a fresh start for the club? Will Keefe continue with his tough love. Is Mitch Marner the answer, or the question. All this and more including a 7:30AM beer.

On our last EP before Christmas, we talked a little World Juniors.  We also looked back at the last few games, discussed Jonas Seigel's takes on Max Domi and played an abbreviated version of Hot Mic.   A Mystic Hazy Pale Ale was on the menu tonight From Vancouver Island Brewing

On EP245 we talked about the Leafs recent winning ways.  We acknowledged JT's 1000 point milestone and wondered if he will be a first ballot hall of famer.  We finished off with our second installment of Hot Mic   Trevor enjoyed a Roasted Coconut Porter from Red Arrow Brewing courtesy our friends at The Liquor Planet

EP244 was recorded following the Leafs win over the Sens.  Unfortunately, they may have lost Joseph Woll for an extended period of time.   On the bright side, we unveiled our new segment "Hot Mic" Trevor presented 3 topics to Sean, he gave his thoughts and they discussed it. Instant classic.   

EP243 is our second 10 game segment report cards. Happens to be the quarter point of the season which often indicates who you really are. 

EP242 is a wrap up of the Leafs two games in Sweden. And as if the script was written for him, William Nylander won the weekend.   We discussed the NHL's terrible TV rights deals along with the resurrection of Robidias Island.

On EP241 we liked back at Sean's attendance at Scotia Bank Arena for Leafs vs Canucks.  There's a lot of moving parts on the roster and some positives signs are showing. We looked ahead to the Leafs trip to Sweden and had a hypothetical Hall of Fame debate.   Trevor Enjoyed a Blueberry Pie Sour from Bridge Brewing courtesy our friends at The Liquor Planet. 

EP240 contains our player report cards after 10 games. We abandoned the customary Letter Grades with a softer, gentler grading system as to not hurt any feelings.   We also discussed the aftermath of the Boston shootout loss.  No beer was consumed during the recording of this Podcast

On EP239 we looked back on the Leafs recent road trip success. We talked about the emergence of Joseph Woll and the injuries on the blueline. We finished off with our thoughts on the strong play of William Nylander and what it all means in the grand scheme of things.  Sean shared a session IPA from Creemore Brewing

EP238 was recorded after two uninspired efforts vs Chicago and Florida. We went over some area of concern. Talked about trying to stay positive and what constitutes a "Generational" player.   Foamers Folly Brewing was featured with a Beet, Blueberry and Blackberry Sour from our friends at The Liquor Planet.        

EO237 was a classic Pre/Post we opened up with some things to watch for vs the Habs and ended breaking down a wild 6-5 Shootout win.    Thanks Liquor Planet for the Crane Berry, Cranberry Orange Sour from Tree Brewing

EP236 is our season preview. We rolled out our new beer ratings. Gave our predictions for division winners and finals match-ups, as well as some Leafs over Under prop bets.  We also introduced our listener beer segment. On EP235 we talked about the Babcock Scandal and looked at some training camp news and notes, focusing on Willy starting at 3C

On EP234 we paid our respects to Seans Grandpa who he lost this past month.  Reviewed the Matthews and Keefe extensions and expressed our surprise the odd man out was Dubas after all was said and done.  Liquor Planet provided us a Kiwi Sour from A Fram Brewing in Squamish BC

On EP233 we take care of a bit of mid summer houskeeping news. A bit of goalie talk and a peek over what old Dooby is doing in Pitt.    We had a beer from The Liquor Planet from local Victoria Brewery Moon Unser Water. 

On EP232 we looked back on the Leafs day 2 free agent signings. We also talked about the Nylander contract situation and wondered if he declared himself Canadian, would he be on the Canadian men's Olympic Hockey team.
