Seany had a yarn with Shepp boy Dwight "Cowboy" Ritchie ahead of his big fight. Dwight Ritchie takes on Tim Tszyu in the biggest fight in his career to date. Dwight is defending his IBF title and he's hoping to capture the WBO Global Title. You can catch the fight on Foxtel August 14 live from the Sydney ICC. 

Round 16 is a split round, Seany and JR discussed the first 3 games and also JR isn't totally happy with the current Players Points System used to equalise Country Football. 

Katandra West Farmers Stephen and Melissa have had a busy 24 hours. They initially tried to sell their collectable toy online for $5,000. They then copped a lot of online abuse including threats. Then they removed the price tag and wanted to swap for water. It ended up that Stephen cut the lion up on the Today Show this morning. Seany spoke to Stephen straight after the incident about why he cut up the toy.
