We started the show getting our update on Ben Simmons and the Sixers struggles with Inquirer Sixers Beat Writer Keith Pompey. Then we talked some Soccer with PA Announcer for the Philadelphia Union Kevin Casey.

First, we talk with NFL Great Ricky Williams about his career, being drafted by the Phillies, wanting the Eagles to draft him, cannabis and much more. Then Philadelphia Union Midfielder Jack McGlynn joined the show to talk about the big win over the NY Red Bulls, the season, playing for your country, family, food and more.

We talked mascots and the Philly Phanatic with Emperor of Fun Dave Raymond and then talked baseball, diversity and more with Doug Glanville

First, we talk to the birthday boy and NFL Hall of Famer Ken Houston to get some good stories from his career, his family holidays with brother in law Mean Joe Greene and post playing days and then talk about how we can support retired NFL players. The we talk where the Sixers stand before they start their 6-game road trip, health of players, depth of the team and of course the Ben Simmons situation with the man himself, Sixers Beat Writer Keith Pompey.

As the Philadelphia Union head into their final regular season game before the playoffs, we were joined by midfielder Daniel Gazdag and then here some great stories from 2008 World Series Champion Greg Dobbs.

First, we get the pleasure of being joined by Flyers PA Announcer Lou Nolan to talk about the team and having fans back in the arena. Then we talk with MLB Umpire Chris Conroy about his journey from the minors to making the World Series crew, and, of course, his passion for giving back through UMPS CARE. Then we go deep with Author and Senior Writer for The Undefeated Jesse Washington talking everything including Jon Gruden & the NFL, Ben Simmons, the impact of HBCU's, Muhammad Ali, and athletes who broke their sport color barrier getting recognition.

First, filmmaker David McMahon joined us for a deep dive on the amazing PBS documentary Muhammad Ali talking the man, the boxer, the life, the era, the impact and more. Then we talked about the ongoing story that has rocked the world of women's soccer leading to resignations and calls for reform, along with the larger reckoning going on for women in sports with the author of "Raised a Warrior," Susie Petruccelli

We’re going back to 1986 this week with the Producer and Director of the 4-part ESPN 30 for 30 “Once Upon a Time in Queens Nick Davis to talk about those 1986 Mets and the story he was able to tell. Then NFL Hall of Famer and Super Bowl Winner Mel Renfro joined us to talk his own journey and the importance of using the platform athletes have.

With the Sixers opening training camp and the Ben Simmons saga continuing, we’ve got our man Keith Pompey joining us to break it all down and talk about where the team currently stands after the first week. Then, with the recent release of ESPN’s 30 for 30 Once Upon a Time in Queens, we’ve got World Series Champ from that 1986 team, Author and Speaker Ed Hearn joining us to talk baseball and his own life journey.

Before their big game against Atlanta United this weekend, Philadelphia Union Midfielder and homegrown talent Paxten Aaronson joined the show for some soccer talk. Then NFL great Keyshawn Johnson and NFL Writer Bob Glauber joined us to talk about their new book, The forgotten First: Kenny Washington, Woody Strode, Marion Motley, Bill Willis, and the Breaking of the NFL Color Barrier

We had Jersey Shore BlueClaws MGR Chris Adamson to talk about the season, Philadelphia Phillies prospects and some talk about coming to the US from Australia and then Philadelphia Inquirer super reporter Keith Pompey talked Philadelphia 76ers, NBA and some football after that TNF game.

We got ready for the NFL Season to kickoff talking some Birds with Eagles Insider Dave Spadaro and then broke down the amazing US Open Tournament that will wrap up this weekend with NY Times Tennis Correspondent Christopher Clarey .

Don Carmen, who is a former Phillies pitcher, agent and counsels athletes joined the show to talk athletes and mental health including Ben Simmons, Naomi Osaka, Simone Biles and his own career working with other athletes. Then former Michigan and NFL RB Jamie Morris, co-host of hopped on to talk state of college football, NIL, re-alignment and more.

We talk about the state of the Phillies organization and player development, or lack thereof with Tom Housenick of the Morning Call and then were joined by Christopher Clarey, NY Times Tennis Correspondent and author of the new book The Master: The Brilliant Career of Roger Federer.

This week we talked all things baseball with Philadelphia Phillies World Series winner Greg Dobbs including playing with and against Roy Halladay, what it is like to be a part of a no hitter, athletes and finance and more. Then we talked Summer Philadelphia 76ers with Philadelphia Inquirer Sixers Writer Keith Pompey.

We ran around the Soccer world talking Union in the Concacaf Champions League and MLS, Messi and Barcelona, USMNT and USWNT and more with play by play broadcaster JP Dellacamera. Then we talked some golf, some life, some parenting advice and some Eagles with ESPN's Michael Collins.
