We started the show with a bang with US Womens National Team stars Carli Lloyd and Samantha Mewis talking about their journeys to the World Cup and more. Then we talked with Oliver Horovitz getting us ready for the PGA Championship, his amazing golf stories and his new show Caddie Codes.

This week on the High Hopes: Phillies Minor League Rundown the guys were back out in Baseballtown and had the chance to sit down for a conversation first with Director of Player Development Josh Bonifay about the state of the system and some of he players opening eyes early. Then they spoke with former Phillies Manager Charlie Manuel about his love of baseball, teaching young players and Dave Montgomery

It's Derby week and the guys had Jeff Nash in studio to help handicap and breakdown the big horse race this weekend. Then the guys talked to MLB Umpire Phill Cuzzi about everything from technology in baseball to the time Grady Little asked him to get thrown out of a game.

This week on the High Hopes: Phillies Minor League Rundown the guys talked about some of the movement in the Phils farm system and had an interview from Spring Training w Reading Fightin Phils Pitcher Connor Seabold.

Today on the Heart of Sports, the guys opened the show with Sports Editor for the Philly Voice Evan Macy calling in to break down the Sixers/Raptors series and talk Eagles/NFL Draft. Then they were joined by former MLB Umpire Gary Darling to talk about the Umps Care charities and efforts.

This week on the High Hopes: Phillies Minor League Rundown we run through the first few weeks down on the farm, talk about injuries at the major league level testing depth coming up and have an interview with Clearwater Threshers 1B/3B Madison Stokes we did when we were at Spring Training in Clearwater.

This week we turned the Heart Of Sports with Jason Springer & Jeffrey Cohen Blue as we interviewed University of Michigan Athletic Director Warde Manuel. The we talked the Sixers/Nets series, NFL Draft and Schedule, Phillies, and Tiger's comeback at the Masters.

This week on The Heart Of Sports with Jason Springer & Jeffrey Cohen on 610 ESPN we were talking basketball playoffs with Sixers beat writer for the Philadelphia Inquirer/Daily News Keith Pompey joining us at the start to talk about the 1st round of the NBA Playoffs and breakdown of the Sixers/Nets series. Then we had Phillies beat reporter for The Athletic Matt Gelb joining the show to break down the start of the baseball season.

The High Hopes: Phillies Minor League Rundown was in Allentown at Coca Cola Park for the 222 Showcase between the AAA Ironpigs and the AA Fightins. The guys sat down with Ironpigs pitcher Cole Irvin for an interview before the game.

It's the start of season 2 for the High Hopes: Phillies Minor League Rundown on opening day in the major leagues and Jeff and Jason are back to take you through the farm system for the Phils. The guys looked at the managers for the minor league teams this year, broke down some of the pitchers and had an interview with pitcher Kyle Young from spring training.

This week we had something special with Lauren Hart in studio to talk about the Flyers, her singing career, community involvement and overcoming life's challenges. Then we talked the Philadelphia Phillies big win to start the season with their new look team, the #Eagles making a move to get their running back with Jordan Howard, the #Sixers with just 7 games left before the playoffs, the NCAA Tourney rolling on and oh so much more.

Ricky Bottalico got held up with Bryce Harper signing news and will join us on a future show, but Jason and Jeff had plenty to talk about with the new makeup of the team, potential lineups, pitching staff and current questions. Then the guys talked Sixers, some Eagles and Flyers and were joined by Philadelphia Union Goaltender Andre Blake to talk about the start of the MLS Season this weekend.
