This week Morning Call Reporter Tom Housenick joined us to talk some baseball and Phillies as we head toward the start of the season. Then ESPN's Seth Greenberg hopped on to talk about his support for Coaches vs. Cancer Philadelphia and preview the NCAA tourney teams to watch out for.

We were joined by NFL Hall of Famer Harry Carson to talk the NFLA & CDC Initiative to raise awareness of the COVID Vaccine and talk some football. Then Sixers/BlueCoats two way player Paul Reed and PxP Broadcaster Matt Murphy hopped on from the bubble in Orlando to talk some G League hoops.

We broke down the Carson Wentz trade and impact, talked some NBA with Utah Jazz Reporter Sarah Todd, got excited for baseball with spring training beginning and then talked some Flyers with Charlie O'Connor of the Athletic.

This week we were joined by Sixers beat writer Keith Pompey as he travels with the team on their west coast swing to talk about how the team is play and then some All Star game talk. Then we were honored to be joined by ESPN's Buster Olney to help honor the life and legacy of friend of the show Pedro Gomez. And finally NY Times Bestseller Larry Olmsted hopped on to talk about his new book Fans: How Watching Sports Makes Us Happier, Healthier, and More Understanding.

We talked the big game this weekend and interviewed Hall of Fame Ken Houston about his career, journey and hall of fame induction. Then Bluecoats coach Connor Johnson joined us from the bubble in Disney before the G League tips off. Oh and Jason had all kinds of technical difficulties that made for some fun.

Plenty to talk about in the sports world between the Eagles with a new head coach, the Flyers and Sixers trying to figure things out while their records stay good, and the passing of John Chaney who we talked about with our guest, Former Coach Gary Waters who wrote the book "Ten principles of a character coach”

Along with talking all the latest Philly sports news, Flyers PA Announcer Lou Nolan joined us to talk announcing games in an empty arena, his new perch and his favorite calls among other things. Then Fmr. MLB Player Doug Glanville joined us for a deep and thoughtful discussion about race and hiring in sports and then his thoughts on the passing of Hank Aaron.

Lots of football talk about the Eagles and NFL Playoffs before we were joined by Craig Shoemaker and Leslie Gudel to talk their new show on Amazon Prime WolfPac of Philadelphia, how it showcases the city and the role sports plays in helping the community.  Then we were joined by NFL great Billy "White Shoes" Johnson to talk his journey in football, what is like to return a punt and catch a Hail Mary and then helping NFL Alumni through the Gridiron Great Fund.

Talked Sixers Covid scare, College football and were joined first by MLB Umpire Phil Cuzzi talking everything from his upcoming ALS Fundraiser to being behind the plate for Cole Hamels no-hitter. Then Eagles RB Boston Scott joined us to talk his journey from walk on to NFL player, this past season and his my cause, my cleats efforts to raise awareness for the American Neurological Association.

We had a new show to ring in 2021 powered by the Engineers Labor Employer Cooperative ELEC featuring a great interview with Jesse Washington, writer for ESPN The Undefeated about the autobiography he co-authored with #NCAA Coach John Thompson’s, I CAME AS A SHADOW

This week on the Heart of Sports we were joined by LA Rams NT Sebastian Joseph Day and talked everything from favorite foods and his new Youtube TV show, to his days at Rutgers, to the impact he tries to make each day volunteering and supporting the community and of course some football on the field too.

The guys had Eagles DT Malik Jackson join the show to talk about using the platform he has to impact the community. Then Philadelphia Union Sporting Director Ernst Tanner looked back at the past season and forward to the next one and bright future ahead.

Ickey Woods talks his days at UNLV with Randall Cunningham, the creation of the Ickey Shuffle, Gridiron Greats and his efforts to give back to the community. Then Sam Carchidi hopped on to talk Flyers, return of the NHL and the career of Dick Allen after his passing this week.

On this week's show, we talked about the struggles of the Eagles and Carson Wentz with Eagles Insider Dave Spadaro. Then Williamsport Crosscutters Gabe Sinicropi joined the show to talk about MLB's new wood baseball bat league.

On today’s show had Bill Madden, the author of the book “Tom Seaver: A Terrific Life” and Jason talked about the influence of his dad on his sports fandom after his passing this week.

Keith Pompey kicked things off talking Sixers, the draft and free agency. Then ESPN Co-host Zubin Mehenti talked some Rutgers and Key, JWill and Zubin show and finally Villanova Men's Basketball Head Coach Jay Wright talked Coaches vs. Cancer, seeing his players get drafted and realize their dreams and the upcoming season.

First we were joined by new Blue Coats Assistant GM Jameer Nelson to talk his career journey, service to the community and family. Then Union PxP Broadcaster JP Dellacamera talk about the success of the team this season as they head into the playoffs. And finally Dan Esposito of the NFL Alumni Association talking Covenant House Sleep Out and some Eagles/Giants.

This week we went around the sports world with a stop talking Soccer with Union Head Coach Jim Curtin and then everything else going on in sports.
