Trust The Bachelor Process

It continues to be a difficult time in Bachelor Nation and this week we discuss the future of the franchise. As we dive into hometowns, we are just thankful that Matt is finally not telling anyone that he loves them! We also get into an in-depth conversation about all sports and maybe might start a book club? Only time will tell... till next week!

Alex and Sarah discuss this tumultuous past week in Bachelor Nation. We also chat about Matt’s communication style and how it confuses EVERY women into thinking they’re the his number one. Enjoy!

This week we try to give out deepest, truest opinions of the women without saying anything bad or critical of any of them... hopefully it's fun! Seriously though, we're starting to feel icky and bad about the way these women are speaking to each other and the way the everyone else is speaking to them. Can't we all just get along like we used to in kindergarten and love each other?! Oh, wait we didn't go here. Either way, things are really starting to get serious, at least they are for the women. We're not sure where Matt's head is at other than on a romantic get away with his best friend Tyler C, but who could blame him? We don't know how this season is going to end, but we do know the reltionship with the winner will end in 6 months so it doesn't really matter. So in the meantime, here's to hot BFF's!

We're halfway through this season and we still can't decide if we love Matt or love to hate on Matt! Alyssa and Taylor from the Table Flipping podcast join TTBP this week to help us figure it out. The queen is gone, the rumors are dead, and we don't know what drama will be left to survive on, but we remain hopeful and confident that the producers have something up their sleeve. Which is more than they can say for Matt's one-liners. Either way, we're looking foward to getting deeper with Matt and the women as the group gets smaller. Also, please way in on if you think having to read Ben Higgin's book is a punishment or a reward. We haven't figured that one out either. Wow, we genuinely hope everyone’s heads and necks are okay from all of the WHIPLASH that this episode caused! We’re here, we’re there, she’s me, I’m her. We’re not entirely sure what was happening, but we are sure that it’s time for Victoria to go home. This is not a Bachelor villain that we stan and it’s all feeling a little old. While this was one of the more difficult episodes to watch, we are seeing glimmers of sunshine and feeling hopeful about our lead. Please, don’t disappoint us Matt James. We’re counting on you. Bachelor Nation is counting on you.

This week we cover one of the most emotionally intense episodes in franchise history. Luckily, we had some deeply uncomfortable sex stories to break the tension. Otherwise we were on a crazy rollercoaster (like, the kind that goes backwards) with our girl Sarah. Whether your on her team, or Team Victoria/Kit/The Other girls, one thing is for sure: We should all strive to be more like a Katie!

We love a week 2 episode where things start getting steamy and the drama is in full swing. Already, Nemacolin is light years ahead of the La Quinta in terms of amenities and charm, and for that, we are grateful. Remote hot tubs, photo shoots in the middle of the woods, and TWO near death experiences?! NOW it feels like the Bachelor. Welcome back and Happy New Year! What a way to start off 2021. Best year ever, right?! Night one did not disappoint and even though we were all the way in Farmington, PA, they still managed to make it feel like the Bachelor we all know and love. Although the women have pretty normal jobs, most are still nuts but love them anyway. Even Matt seemed to like two or three of them! We already have the fan favorite, the insufferable one, the villain, and the chill girl, so lets get started! To love!

Aaaand exhale. We made it, guys. Hard to believe we would, but here we are. Tayshia chose the right guy, the other men have learned and grown and are ready to conquer the real world, and Clare got her happy ending. What more could we have asked for from a Bachelorette? It was certainly a season like no other, but a classic ending that left most of giddy and in hapoy tears. Now we have a week of rest before moving onto our Bachelor!! Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and we'll see you at the Nemacolin reposrt in Farmington, PA!

Technically, we get that there were only two episodes this week.. technically. But actually, there were three so get on board. First, pre-hometowns where we see Tayshia do something we've been waiting for her to do for weeks - send Blake home. Poor bud, it's gonna be okay, but it was your time. Second, we have the Men Tell All, where they actually only told a little because there were so few of them there and the whole time they basically yelled at Yosef. But we were HERE. FOR. IT. Thirdly, "hometowns" in La Quinta. Where we really only have one thing to say... which is Tayshia, how dare you? TTBP is back for another double(triple?) header next week!

We pick up where we left off, only not really because Tayshia never looks in the box. What a missed opportunity. But at least we had a lie detector test to look forward to. And what it reveals is… Tayshia’s men are a real whose who of sweeties! Crying is happening. People are opening up. Walls are being torn down. And between Riley, Ben, Zac, Brendan and Ivan, it’s impossible to pick a favorite! Literally. Tayshia can’t pick one - which is why nobody gets the group date rose. Luckily Bennett gets the boot, only to not accept the boot and return by the end :(

**WARNING: This episode contains spoilers from the 1995 Neo-noir psychological crime thriller, Seven** A major shakeup has happened in Bach Nation! Chris Harrison is out and JoJo is IN! And though we have a different host leading the charge, it’s not keeping the men from baring their… souls. We also witness Tayshia opening up, Eazy saying goodbye (sad face) and one of the most psychopathic confrontations in Bachelor History. And that’s saying something.

Hey everyone... and haappy Thanksgiving! Thank so much for spending your Turkey Day with us. Whether it's the actual holiday or not, we hope you are full and happy. We are so grateful for you and for being able to share our true passion (even though passion is a dangerous word to throw around), The Bachelor/Bachelorette, with you all year long. It’s Tayshia’s second week as the Bachelorette and the men are...angry! At each other, yes. But also at themselves. And maybe that’s just how life works at the La Quinta during quarantine. Hard to tell. The only thing we know for sure is that Noah looks significantly better without the mustache— If you ask Sarah. Alex thinks it’s not worth losing a part of your identity to appease a bachelorette who’s never going to pick you anyway.

While Dale and Clare are off on their honeymoon or whatever, Tayshia has become our newest Bachelorette. AND BOY IS SHE THE BREATH OF FRESH AIR WE NEEDED! With her comes fun! Excitement! And a limo full of new men! (Some more memorable than the others… ) And while a few of the big players fade into the background, some of the more quiet ones are finally stepping up to the plate. Turns out we love Brendan? And from the looks of it, it appears Tayshia might too…

It's been a while and a lot has happened, but TTBP is so happy to be back! This week joined by Charlie Mihelich from the Baywatch Watch podcast, we discuss Clare's controversial exit and the drama that ensues. Mainly just how difficult it will probably be for Blake Moynes to return that book he got while still stranded at the La Quinta Resort. Which by the way, if you plan on proposing soon, may we recommend the perfect place? Hopefully you won't be as confused as Dale about what is actually going on when you get down on one knee. All jokes aside, we wish Clare and Dale the best, Tayshia good luck, and Blake a full refund on his book. See ya next week Frank & Bachers! (we haven't forgotten about that)

Hopefully everyone's heads have recovered from the whiplash caused by this week's episode. We're up, we're down. We're here, we're there. We're hot, then we're cold. We're yes, then we're no. We're in, then we're out. We're up, then we're down. Wait.. what are talking about again? Dale? Probably Dale. Oh no, it's happening to us too. Thank god Tayshia joins us soon, because I'm not confident that we'll survive another week of this madness. So rest up and we'll see you next week.. at some point. Stay tuned.

It's week 2 (day 2... if you ask Sarah) and the group dates are in full swing. They’re the kind our therapists love. They have: Communication! Love Languages! Dark Secrets Revealed! And it’s an absolute dumpster fire, but we’re loving it, as much as we’re distubred by it. Almost as disturbed as Clare watching her men play Dodgeball in their jockstraps. We’re just hoping she can keep it together enough to last a full season. LOL. In the meantime, a new favorite of Sarah’s rises from it’s Harvard-singed ashes.

Happy night one everybody!! It feels like we've waited a lifetime for this, but we made it. Even though ABC is still pretending like everything is fine and this entire thing isn't about to crumble right before our eyes (much like we are all feeling IRL right now), they really tried to make this special for us and for that we are grateful. And hey, it may not be the mansion we're used to, but that La Quinta Resort ain't half bad! Clare has a plethora of beautiful men to date, most of them have normal jobs, and ALL of them are Covid free? What more could a girl want?! Other than her car and her dogs - which she also has!! We have a feeling this might be one of the most dramatic season yet. Stay tuned to find out!

We’re back! And so are Hannah and Tyler maybe? We’re so excited to discuss another season of Bachelorette with our fellow Franklin & Bach(ers) -- it’s a new nickname we’re trying out.
