Don Tracy is the Chairman of the Illinois Republican Party. Kathy Salvi is from Mundelein, and will replace Don Tracy as the Chairman of the Illinois Republican Party. Christine Neumann-Ortiz is the Executive Director of Voces de la Frontera.
