In this week's episode Jermaine sits down with Isis Daniel, consultant, blogger and champion of making the wine world accessible. She started "The Millennial Somm" as a way of using her blend of personal interaction, social media and education to cultivate the next generation of wine drinkers. They kicked it to discuss where things are going in wine culture, how to engage new drinkers in an inclusive way, and how you really can get a decent glass of non-alcoholic wine these days.

This week Jermaine Kick’s it in Harlem, the home of the hustler, with one of the most talented hustlers in the wine game. Somm, entrepreneur and all out boss lady Cha McCoy. They discussed wine, music, and how Cha is making an impact. She’s so Harlem, she even had a few friends pull up.

It’s story time ! One of the most significant connections between wine and hip hop is the regional difference in style, or terroir for the wine nerds. With so much happening Jermaine sits down for a sonic journey through terroir, how it relates to hip hop, and to fill you in on all the details of the Global Terroir tour, our upcoming fully immersive wine and music experience collaboration with Haute Cote and Zachys in Champagne.

This week we chopped it up with a man of many talents, NBA Champ, Host, and Wine Producer ! None other than Channing Frye. In this hilarious episode Channing and Jermaine discussed how wine culture has taken over the NBA, his decision to enter the wine business, what rapper Channing’s style most reflects, and so much more!

This week Jermaine sat down with Milena Berman cofounder of Haute Cotes , a revolutionary company creating fully immersive art Wine and, travel experiences. They discussed how Melina discovered this lane, what she is doing to grow it, and of course One of her famous projects the Wine and Hip Hop 2022 to harvest party in Burgundy.

This week Jermaine kicks it with Brett Berish, founder and CEO of Sovereign Brands. Brett's presence has been felt in the wine and hip hop world for quite some time,  having worked with everyone from Jermaine Dupri to Jay Z, and this was before launching the incredibly successful brand Luc Belaire. Sovereign Brands has managed to make partnerships with multiplatinum artists like; Rick Ross, Lil Wayne, and Wiz Khalifa just to name a few. Like the artists that Brett works with he has continued his reign with hit after hit, but selling millions of bottles not albums. During their conversation they discussed; how Brett got his start in the business, his relationship with Rick Ross, developing the right artist partnerships, and how to be a disruptor in your industry. This is a branding master class from one of the best in the business.

The France takeover continues !! This week Jermaine ends up in Paris, where he links up with Four-Time NBA Champion Tony Parker at the two Michelin Star restaurant Le Gabriel - La Réserve. During their meal, they discuss his exciting new venture into wine, beginning with his Estate, Rose Château La Mascaronne. Tony also breaks down how his mutual love for wine affected his relationship with noted wine collector coach Greg Popovich, his previous life as a hip-hop artist, and even gave us a great story about playing with Kobe Bryant. This Summer Wine & Hip Hop were granted unprecedented access to the prestigious Chateau Lafite Rotschild for three days of tastings, interviews and wine AND hip hop top 5 discussions. During their time there Jermaine gained an intimate look into the world of Chairwoman Saskia De Rothschild, the youngest person to ever run a first growth chateau. They discussed everything from her vision for the future of Lafite, how she started tasting aged 9 to being understanding the terroir the family are blessed with, and what her initial thoughts were after hearing Lafite mentioned by Nas on DMX’s LAST ALBUM! This week we kicked it with Music Executive, turned wine producer, Jay Boberg, of Nicolas Jay Estate, based in Oregon. Jermaine had A great conversation about Jay‘s illustrious career in music and how he has applied those fundamentals to the wine business with his friend of over 30 years, legendary Burgundian winemaker Jean-Nicolas Méo! Having signed acts like Common, The Roots, and Mary J Blige to MCA during his time as President there, and now producing wine with one of the most highly revered wine producers in the world this episode is a true marriage of Wine and Hip Hop.
