Premium Unleaded

The crew recaps the Mexican GP en route to another soggy golf match.  The rain was pouring, the tyres were wet, and the takes were hot.  We go over all the Danny Ric conspiracy theories, Rob continues to bash Max, and we dream about next year's teams.

The crew waits patiently for Rob to join the podcast, then immediately starts piling on Andrew for Vettel's troubles.  Some will say John and Charlie went too far.  We all agree Kimi is the best, and we need him in the sport.

The gang gets together to discuss the Russian GP.  Rob comes clean about missing the last podcast.  Andrew makes his worst golf analogy to date, and we set the record straight on some important mini-van questions.  

Rob is a late scratch as the rest of the boys recap the Singapore GP.  Andrew comes to terms with the fate of Ferrari, and admits his true feelings about Vettel.  Charlie proves just how little he knows about the Ryder Cup. Sad!

The Premium Unleaded (minus Charlie) regroup after a long summer break to break down the Belgian GP.  We welcome the newest fan club member (Leigh O'Brien).  We also go deep into the upcoming driver changes, and find out Andrew has deep ties with the Russians.  Rob takes it home with a story of his time sleeping outside in a Wal-Mart parking lot.  

The Premium Unleaded crew takes a week off before diving back into the latest Formula 1 news. The guys break down the Hungarian GP, discuss Danny Ric's yuge move to Renault and John & Charlie cry a little bit. Last but not least, congrats to our main man Will Buxton on his engagement. Enjoy.

The boys (minus Charlie) chop it up about the emotionally exhausting German GP.  Andrew finally knows what Rob feels like every week after Sebastian Vettel has a tough retirement.  

In this latest episode, the lads get together to discuss the grand prix across the pond. The guys get back in the studio for another episode.  Rob and Charlie call in from a stressful vacation at the Cape, while Andrew and John hold down the fort in Dorchester.  McLaren is officially done, Charlie and John become Ferrari fans, and we all agree that Max and Sebastian could be brothers based on their post race celebrations.

3 of the 4 guys pop on their headsets for a first ever Premium Unleaded video conference.  They go deep into the France GP.  Andrew and Rob blast Max while Charlie begs for Alonso's retirement. 

After an exhausting day of drinking in the sun at the track, the boys use their last joules of energy to bring you fresh impressions from the Canadian Grand Prix. Does F1 need a radical update? Is Rob on the verge of a breakdown? What does a day at the track even look like? Tune in and find out.

The Premium Unleaded podcast is headed up to the Canadian Grand Prix this weekend so naturally we drop a bonus pre-race podcast. Live from the Toyota Senna, the guys discuss their predictions for the weekend, what's going to happen between Renault and Red Bull and whether Mad Max will calm down. John brings up Monsanto and the boys trade Montreal war stories. 

Some folks call it the crown jewel of Formula 1. Others call it a boring race that should be removed from the race calendar. The bad boys of podcasting discuss the 2018 Monaco Grand Prix and break down the rest of the season. Rob calls in for the second "official" Premium Unleaded interview and the guys discuss their plans for the Canadian GP while two dogs play in the background. Enjoy. 

The guys share their opinions on the Spanish GP and allergy remedies. Will (not Buxton) joins the pod to add his insights, and we offer Rob the chance to switch constructors.

Rob is back from suspension as the boys discuss an action packed Azerbaijan grand prix. They get into the nitty gritty of what percentage Max was to blame for the Red Bull disaster and debate whether Lewis is "back." Meanwhile, Rob and Andrew bask in the glory of their golf win. 

All podcasters over 6 feet had a lively discussion about the first couple of races.  The guys debate the mental stability of Rob as he continues to hitch his wagon to the dead horse that is McLaren.  They end the show with some dog training advice.

After the winter hiatus, the Premium Unleaded crew is back with a podcast delivered from the official race minivan -- the Toyota Senna. The boys break down the new F1 liveries, some of the technical changes, results from the first week of pre-season testing and provide super-preliminary, not-for-attribution season predictions. Waze joins them as a guest speaker.

Last race review.  The boys celebrate Massa retiring, AGAIN.  Discussion turns to who would get robbed first in Brazil, review of the final race, and go over wagers made, but not forgotten...You will feel like you are going back in time as we preview our Christmas/holiday plans. 

The guys break down the Mexican grand prix.  Charlie is missing again, and the rumors are flying.  Rob goes in on the Royal family, but John makes us feel sorry for how poor they are.
