DORIS KEARNS GOODWIN IS MAKING HISTORY Or rather should I say writing history, as she has for decades. She is the author of acclaimed biographies of American greats like Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Lyndon Johnson and others. She is now writing her own history and that of her husband as they navigated Washington DC in the 1960's as they both worked in government.
