Michael Schauch - A Story of Karma
28/01/2021 Duration: 56minMichael Schauch – A Story of Karma: Finding Love and Truth in the Lost Valley of the HimalayaAired Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at 5:00 PM PST / 8:00 PM ESTIn 1963 when I was ten, I read James Hilton’s classic, Lost Horizon. The following year, I found W. Somerset Maugham’s The Razor’s Edge. I was fascinated by these two fictional tails of western men who found awakening, purpose and a deep sense of peace during journeys to the mountains of Northern India and Tibet. I always mused about this type of journey but my path led elsewhere. It was not my “karma.” Are there those who actually followed a calling that seemed to have one purpose but completely changed their lives? My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Michael Schauch, had just this experience and found that synchronicity and destiny may lead us to Karma. Michael Schauch is a mountaineer, entrepreneur and storyteller who lives to explore remote places around the world and to share the depth and beauty of human connection he discovers along the way.

Rabbi Michael Lerner - Revolutionary Love
07/01/2021 Duration: 56minRabbi Michael Lerner – Revolutionary LoveAired Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 5:00 PM PST / 8:00 PM ESTIn the spring of 2020, with the spread of the pandemic, the challenges it presented, the egregious acts of racism and racial violence and a failure of leadership to address these challenges, I shared on this program and in my community that it was a time for acts of radical kindness, radical compassion and radical love. We begin 2021 with the recognition that these acts continue to call to us and that our very survival is contingent on caring for one another, our environment, and our world. How may we find a path to this and in doing so open the hearts and minds of all peoples to this reality. My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Rabbi Michael Lerner, has made this path much of his life’s work. Rabbi Lerner is an American political activist, the editor of “Tikkun”, a progressive Jewish interfaith magazine based in Berkeley, California, and the Rabbi of Beyt Tikkun Synagogue in Berkeley. It is obvious that we need deep wisdom, understanding and compassion to navigate all that this unprecedented year has manifested. Is there a source that we may turn to for this guidance and may it be found within ancient wisdom from more than three millennia ago? My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Rabbi Simon Jacobson, says these answers and much more may be found in ancient Jewish teachings. 26/11/2020 Duration: 56minLori Ann Spagna – How Psychic Are You?Aired Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 5:00 PM PST / 8:00 PM ESTThose of us who grew up listening to music with a message may sense that our old record albums are on the turntable and either skipping or stuck on the same track. The observations made and questions posed in those songs seem even more relevant and imposing today than they were fifty-plus years ago. To quote from an old lyric, “We haven’t come so far to lose our way.” Where are we? Are we “lost in a lost world” or on the verge of a major shift in consciousness, heralding a new dimension of healing, compassion and love?My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Lori Ann Spagna, says we are “going through an extremely radical and deeply transformational period…evolving and ascending as a human race.” Lori Ann Spagna is a Best-Selling Author, Speaker, Spiritual Teacher, Ascension Guide, Multi-Dimensional Channel, Intuitive, Animal Communicator, Energy Healer, Lightworker, Visionary and Luminary. 19/11/2020 Duration: 56minMarc Brinkerhoff – The Intergalactic MissionAired Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 5:00 PM PST / 8:00 PM ESTIn the Styx 1977 classic recording, “Come Sail Away”, Dennis De Young shared a lyric that resonated with me and mirrored experiences I had as a child. He wrote, in part, “A gathering of angelsAppeared above my headThey sang to me this song of hopeAnd this is what they saidThey said, come sail away, come sail awayCome sail away with me ….I thought that they were angelsBut to my surpriseWe climbed aboard their starshipWe headed for the skiesSinging, come sail away, come sail away Come sail away with me…”This lyric implied contact with extraterrestrial or extradimensional beings that were friendly and caring. Many have had experiences they called “abductions” that were far from friendly. Are there both friendly and unfriendly beings visiting us and what are their motivations and intentions? My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Marc Brinkerhoff, knows these beings well! Kim Chestney - Radical Intuition
12/11/2020 Duration: 56minKim Chestney – Radical Intuition: A Revolutionary Guide to Using Your Inner PowerAired Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at 5:00 PM PST / 8:00 PM ESTDuring the final fifteen years of my forty-two years in industrial sales, I enjoyed teaching and sharing my experience with new members of the sales and customer service teams. One of my favorite topics to teach was entitled, “What Does the Customer Really Want.” This included practical product and process knowledge but it also included something that one might not normally associate with the field, intuition. Many of the up and coming team members were both surprised and delighted that they could actually call upon this gift to have a deeper understanding of the customer’s needs, resulting in a more satisfying and productive relationship. Is there a way that each of us may call upon and develop our natural intuitive abilities to reach our highest potential and also extend these gifts to others? My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Kim Chestney, says as a resul

Amoda Maa - Falling Open in a World Falling Apart
05/11/2020 Duration: 56minAmoda Maa – Falling Open in a World Falling ApartAired Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 5:00 PM PST / 8:00 PM ESTIn 1970, The Moody Blues released a groundbreaking album entitled, “A Question of Balance.” “Dawning Is the Day” was one of the songs on the album written by lead singer and guitarist, Justin Hayward. The lyric said, in part,“So rise, let us see you,Dawning is the day.Miss, misty meadow,You will find your way.Wake up in the morning to yourself,Open your head and look around you.Listen, we think we have found you.”The theme of the album was addressing the seemingly unanswerable questions and finding the answers in the recognition of our humanity, compassion and love. In 2020, the questions seem deeper, much more difficult to answer and almost insurmountable. Is there a way that we may reawaken to who we truly are, find that balance and live with love?My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Amoda Maa, says there is a path to awakening and balance. Amoda Maa is a spiritual teacher, a warrior of the

Paul Anthony Wallis - Escaping from Eden
29/10/2020 Duration: 56minPaul Anthony Wallis – Escaping from EdenAired Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at 5:00 PM PST / 8:00 PM ESTGenesis 1:26 says in the English Translation: “And God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness.” In this reference, the Hebrew word for God is “Elohim.” The problem this presents is that “Elohim” is actually plural for the word “El” and the words “us” and “our” also imply two or more. If there is only one God, why is the name plural and why do the pronouns suggest two or more? Some have said that this reflects the Christian concept of the “Trinity” but with a monotheistic foundation, this predates it. Others have conjectured that the reference includes the feminine divine, but again this would be contrary to the foundation. The question then arises, who were the Elohim that created humanity in their image? My quest this week on Destination Unlimited, Paul Anthony Wallis, says the answer may well be extraterrestrial. Paul Anthony Wallis is a popular speaker, researcher and author of books on spiri

These efforts include open hearted and honest communication, recognizing each other for who we are and what we bring to the partnership, kindness and compassion. With the COVID-19 Pandemic and the public health challenges it presents, many couples find themselves spending more time together in isolation. Relationship Issues that were present before this crisis may be exacerbated by this forced togetherness, including arguing, anxiety and stress. What may couples of all ages do to get through this together, find deeper intimacy and mutual support and strengthen their bond in this topsy-turvy world? My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, intimacy expert and author Allana Pratt, joins us to share her insight on the top mistak

G. L. Davies - Harvest: The True Story of Alien Abduction
15/10/2020 Duration: 56minG. L. Davies – Harvest: The True Story of Alien AbductionAired Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at 5:00 PM PST / 8:00 PM EST Listeners to Destination Unlimited as well as personal friends have heard me share stories of frequent paranormal experiences when I was a child. Growing up in the 1950’s, I witnessed the apparitions of family members in spirit, only to have these confirmed by word of their passing shortly after my sightings. I also had what some have termed “contactee” experiences with beings of unknown origin and frequent UFO sightings. I called these experiences “night school” because I regarded these entities as “teachers” and always had knowledge following the events that I had no other source for. In retrospect, for me these contacts were pleasant and filled with wonder. Unfortunately, many contactees are not willing participants and found these experiences frightening, painful and traumatic. They call themselves abductees and what many of them share are cautionary tales of warning for humanity. My gues

Dane Stevens - Reclaim Your Power To Create Your Best Life
08/10/2020 Duration: 56minDane Stevens – Reclaim Your Power To Create Your Best LifeAired Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at 5:00 PM PST / 8:00 PM ESTPosttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can occur after you have been through a trauma. A trauma is a shocking and dangerous event that you see or that happens to you. Going through trauma is not rare. About 60% of men and 50% of women experience at least one trauma in their lives. According to the National Institute of Health, About 7 or 8 out of every 100 people (or 7-8% of the population) will have PTSD at some point in their lives. About 8 million adults have PTSD during a given year. This is only a small portion of those who have gone through a trauma. PTSD can lead to depression, anxiety and a serious interruption of one’s life. Treatment often involves a variety of therapies and medication. Is there another, newer, more positive and life affirming approach to treating and healing trauma? My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Dane Stevens, is an author, speaker and facilitator. Dr. Lynda Ulrich - Happiness is an Option
01/10/2020 Duration: 56minDr. Lynda Ulrich – Happiness is an OptionAired Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 5:00 PM PST / 8:00 PM ESTWhen I grew up in the late sixties and early seventies, those of us who envisioned a different path including world peace, environmental conservation, equality and brotherly love were labeled “radicals.” Several months ago in the midst of the pandemic, I advocated that it was a time for “radical action.” These actions included radical kindness, radical generosity of material and spirit, radical service to others, radical compassion and radical love. I think I left one item of that list, radical happiness. It is true that most of those that perform the acts I alluded to are generally happy in the doing and giving. But with all of the negative news, the fear that it generates and the amplification of this through social media, can we truly be happy? Is happiness an option? My guest this week on Destination Unlimited, Dr. Lynda Ulrich, says that “Happiness Is An Option” and that we can be “Thriving (Instead of

Arrangements had been made for them to disembark in Cuba with proper papers. Cuba denied them permission to land. The captain then attempted to bring them to Florida. Again they were denied. After a final denial of entry by Canada, the ship returned to Europe where some of the refugees were accepted in the UK, Belgium, the Netherlands and France. Many were later caught in Nazi sweeps of the occupied countries and ultimately among the six-million murdered in the concentration camps. There were survivors from the SS St. Louis, a journey called “The Voyage of the Damned,” and many had heart wrenching stories to share. One of those is the miraculous story of a little girl saved by an amazing act of love.Joining me on Destination Unlimited this week is my dear friend Judith

17/09/2020 Duration: 56minMimi Nicklin – Softening the EdgeAired Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 5:00 PM PST / 8:00 PM ESTEmpathy is defined as the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. Technology and advances in the way we connect with one another, originally thought of as exciting new channels of communication, seem to have led to more isolation. We now spend more time on a screen than we do sleeping. We are more connected than ever before, and yet we are suffering with the highest levels of loneliness in history–coupled with anxiety and depression. Add the challenges of physical separation mandated by the COVID-19 pandemic and we have the recipe for a world in which empathy and compassion may ultimately be the gifts of a bygone era. Is there a way that we may turn this around? How may empathy be restored in our homes, businesses, government, nation and world? How may the younger generations who will be assuming future leadership reconnect and embrace empathy and compassion? My guest this week on Destination Unlim
