Summer is just around the corner but we’re inside staying glued to our TVs to bring you the latest episode of What’s New to Netflix Instant!? as we cover all of the titles that are showing up on Netflix in May 2019. After we go through the new releases we join Will Smith as the last man left after a virus has turned most of humanity into blood-thirsty mutants in I Am Legend from 2007. Next, two of horror’s biggest franchises crossover and two of its most iconic villains duke it out in Freddy vs. Jason from 2003. And finally, Denzel Washington has to help a rookie cop, played by Angelina Jolie, stop a meticulous serial killer in The Bone Collector from 1999. We’re celebrating four years of What’s New to Netflix Instant!? this month, so we did a full-length audio commentary for the iconic paranormal teen thriller Final Destination from 2000. It’s a brand new summer edition of What’s New to Netflix Instant!? and we look at the usual three films as well as the disappointing list of titles coming to June 2018 Netflix streaming.
